By accessing or using the site or the platform you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What the site offers
The site is informational: it describes our B2B lead generation and sales advisory services and lets you book a diagnostic call. Any engagement is formalized in a separate agreement with each client, whose terms prevail over these terms in everything concerning the contracted service.
Booking meetings
Meeting scheduling runs on Google Calendar, a third-party service subject to its own terms and privacy policy. By booking, you accept that Google will send us the data you enter. We may reschedule or cancel a meeting with reasonable notice.
Permitted use
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:
- Use the site or the platform for unlawful purposes or in breach of these terms.
- Attempt to access systems, accounts or data without authorization, or interfere with their operation.
- Copy, scrape or reuse the site's content by automated means.
- Reproduce the testimonial videos or the site's images outside the site without our written permission.
Condor Pilot
Access to Condor Pilot is reserved for clients with an active account created by our team. Credentials are personal and non-transferable; you are responsible for keeping them confidential and for everything done through your account.
The platform generates email drafts with the help of artificial intelligence. They are drafts: the user reviews them, edits them where appropriate and decides whether to send them. Responsibility for the content finally sent, and for its legal compliance, lies with the sender.
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used in breach of these terms or of the service agreement.
Intellectual property
The content of the site and the platform (text, design, the Condorleads brand, logos, images, videos, working method and software) is the property of Madero Home LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Testimonial videos are published with the permission of the people who appear in them.
Data that a client enters in Condor Pilot remains the client's. The client grants us a limited license to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service.
Third-party links
The site contains links to third-party services (Google Calendar, LinkedIn). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply to you based on your place of residence. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may modify these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page, with its update date. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
