Who we are
Madero Home LLC, doing business as Condorleads, is a limited liability company organized in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We are a B2B lead generation and sales advisory agency.
This policy explains what personal data we process, why and what rights you have. It applies to the website condorleads.io, to the Condor Pilot platform (app.condorleads.io) and to the services we provide to our clients.

What data we process and whose
We process data about four groups of people:
- Website visitors. Technical data that the hosting server logs automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The site has no forms of its own.
- People who book a meeting. When you book a diagnostic call through our scheduling link, Google Calendar sends us your name, your email address and the chosen time, plus anything you choose to write in the booking form. Google processes that data under its own privacy policy.
- Clients and Condor Pilot users. To provide the service we store your account data (name, email, role, company), the information about your business that you enter in the platform, and the data of the prospects you add or that we manage on your behalf, together with the message history and the replies the platform generates.
- Business contacts we reach out to on behalf of our clients. Our service consists of emailing people in decision-making roles at companies to propose a meeting with our client. About those people we process professional data only: name, role, company, corporate email address, public professional profile and, where it exists, the conversation history.
Where business contact data comes from
Business contact data comes from publicly accessible sources (company websites, public professional profiles, industry directories), from B2B data providers that represent compliance with applicable law, and from the information the person provides when replying.
We do not collect data about those people's private lives, special categories of data, or data about minors.
Why we use the data and on what legal basis
- To provide our services and perform our contract with our clients, including operating Condor Pilot. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To contact professionals on behalf of our clients to propose a business-to-business meeting. Basis: legitimate interest, ours and our client's, in developing B2B commercial relationships. We balance that interest against the person's rights, limit processing to professional data and always offer a simple way to object.
- To answer enquiries, coordinate meetings and maintain the business relationship. Basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, performance of a contract.
- To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
We do not use the data to make automated decisions with legal effects on people, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Commercial emails and how to stop receiving them
The emails we send on behalf of our clients are business-to-business communications, addressed to professional email addresses, identified with the sender's name and company, and with a subject line that reflects their content.
If you do not want to receive further messages, simply reply to the email saying so, in any words that make it clear. We record the request and stop writing to you. Our internal policy is not to reply to an opt-out request: it is honored without further contact.
We comply with the United States CAN-SPAM Act and, where applicable, with the law of the recipient's country.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your data, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict its processing, object to it, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent where consent was the basis for processing.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights granted by the CCPA, including the right to know what data we process and to request its deletion; we do not sell or share personal data within the meaning of that law.
To exercise any of these rights, write to solutions@condorleads.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before responding. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Cookies
The website condorleads.io does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only strictly technical cookies from the hosting provider, needed to serve the pages, may be set. Condor Pilot uses the browser's local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language; that information does not leave your device except to authenticate you.
If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this section and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
Minors
Our services are aimed at companies and professionals. They are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The current version, with its update date, will be published on this page. If a change is material to you, we will let you know by reasonable means.
